We are looking for a passionate and confident Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraiser to engage with the public and raise awareness and support for social causes. The role involves interacting with people in public spaces, explaining the organization’s mission, and encouraging donations or long-term supporter sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and interact with potential donors professionally
Explain the NGO’s campaigns and impact clearly
Inspire people to contribute through regular donations
Meet daily/weekly fundraising targets
Maintain accurate donor information and reporting

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with strangers
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Prior sales/fundraising experience is a plus
Ability to work in field locations/events
