Role Overview

We are looking for a Fresher Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of BTL campaigns and product sampling activities. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and field teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly—right from planning and coordination to on-ground support and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who has planned/executed college events, enjoys field work, can coordinate with multiple people, and communicates confidently in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

· Support campaign planning: checklists, schedules, venue coordination, and daily execution readiness

· Coordinate with promoters/supervisors for attendance, briefing, and on-ground requirements

· Assist in vendor coordination (printing, fabrication, logistics) and follow-ups

· Track movement of samples, collaterals, and assets (issue/return/reconciliation)

· Ensure branding setup is as per guidelines (standees, kiosk setup, QR boards, uniforms)

· Capture on-ground proof: photos/videos, basic metrics, and daily updates

· Support client servicing team with timely updates and issue escalation

· Maintain trackers in Google Sheets/Excel (attendance, stock, daily output, vendor status)

Must-have Skills & Qualifications

ü Qualification: Any degree (mandatory)

ü Fresher or 0–1 year experience

ü Experience in planning/executing college events/fests (mandatory)

ü Fluent in Kannada + Hindi + English (spoken; basic writing preferred)

ü Strong communication and coordination skills

ü Comfortable with travel within the city and field-heavy work

ü Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and documentation

ü High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to handle last-minute changes calmly

Good-to-have

Previous internship or volunteering experience in events/marketing/operations

Basic understanding of branding/marketing activations

Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
