POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Field Operations Executive
Reporting To: Field Operations Manager / Operations Head
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 25-30K

Travel: Travel to project sites
Employment Type: Full Time

Core Responsibilities

1. Manpower Management

   • Plan, allocate, and supervise manpower at assigned project sites.

   • Ensure technicians, operators, helpers, and subcontractors are deployed as per site requirements.

   • Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and daily work progress.

2. Client Coordination

   • Act as the primary day-to-day field representative of AppleTree at assigned sites.

   • Maintain professional communication with the client, consultant, main contractor, and other site stakeholders.

   • Understand site requirements, resolve routine coordination issues, and escalate critical matters to management.

3. Multiple Site Management

   • Independently coordinate and monitor activities across multiple project sites.

   • Prioritize manpower, materials, tools, and site activities based on project urgency and planned schedules.

   • Conduct regular site visits and provide timely updates on progress, constraints, and requirements.

4. BMU & Façade Access System Knowledge

   • Understand BMU and façade access systems, their major components, installation sequence, and basic operating principles.

   • Understand project drawings, installation requirements, work methodology, and site constraints.

   • Identify installation issues, access limitations, interface problems, and potential execution risks at an early stage.

5. Site Access, Permits & Work Front Coordination

   • Coordinate with the client/main contractor for site access, work permits, lifting arrangements, material movement, and availability of work fronts.

   • Ensure the required access, equipment, permissions, and work areas are available before mobilising manpower.

   • Coordinate with other contractors to minimise site clashes and execution delays.

6. Site Representation & Execution Ownership

   • Act as the day-to-day field representative of AppleTree at assigned sites.

   • Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and rectification activities as applicable.

   • Ensure work is executed safely, systematically, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.

   • Report site progress, manpower, material requirements, delays, issues, and client concerns to the reporting manager.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
