Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
• Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
• Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
• Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally
• Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
• Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly
• Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
