Medical Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote company products and services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory coverage.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Organize and participate in CMEs, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.

• Gather and share market insights, feedback, and competitor data.

• Maintain accurate daily visit and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma in Biology / Microbiology / Lab Technician, or BBA

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in building relationships

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required

• Prior experience as an MR or in healthcare marketing preferred (training provided for freshers & interns)
