We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Credit Card Sales Executive at Apollo Pharmacy. The position involves both in-store and field sales activities. In-store responsibilities include explaining credit card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage to pharmacy customers, ensuring daily visibility of promotional materials and branding, and collecting/verifying customer documents as per KYC norms. Field duties require visiting residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards, generate leads through cold calling and referrals, and close sales within the defined turnaround time (TAT). The role also includes coordinating with internal processing teams for application approvals, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory norms, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in customer engagement, and an understanding of KYC procedures. The position offers a fixed salary of ₹18,000–₹24,000 along with attractive incentives up to ₹20,000 per month. Applicants should have at least a 12th pass qualification; graduates and those with 6 months to 2 years of experience in financial product sales are preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
