Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to assist the doctor during patient consultations, manage patient follow-ups, and oversee day-to-day hospital activities. The role requires a balance of clinical support and administrative management to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during patient examinations and consultations.

• Record and update patient medical histories and follow-up details.

• Coordinate appointments, patient scheduling, and timely follow-ups.

• Maintain patient files, medical reports, and hospital records.

• Support hospital management in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Act as a bridge between doctor, patients, and hospital staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

• Proficiency in hospital/clinic software and MS Office.

• Detail-oriented with record-keeping skills.
