Position: Business Development Executive – Medical Equipment

About the Role
EcoMed Solutions is expanding its team! We’re looking for high-performing, on-ground Business Development Executives with strong hospital and healthcare networks. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in healthcare sales who are passionate about medical equipment and hospital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor & Hospital-Based Business Development
- Build and nurture relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
- Promote EcoMed Solutions' medical equipment and healthcare solutions within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Develop strong referral and business channels to generate new opportunities.
2. Lead Conversion & Revenue Closures
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
3. Business Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities through hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and channel partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and distributors.
- Expand EcoMed Solutions' presence across the assigned territory.
4. Client Engagement
- Represent EcoMed Solutions professionally in all customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
5. Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market and geography.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic Qualification
- B. Pharm or Nursing background.
- MBA in Sales/Healthcare will be preferred.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience in medical equipment, hospital sales & marketing, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM applications.
- Own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
