About the Role

Vertech Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our sales network in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Medical Devices, Home Healthcare Products, or Pharma OTC industry and possess a strong network of dealers, distributors, and retail pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the retail market within the assigned territory.

• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

• Generate primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Promote the company's products among retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.

• Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Medical Devices, Home Healthcare Products, or Pharma OTC Sales.

• Strong dealer and distributor network in and around Lucknow.

• Experience in retail market development and channel sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Relevant sales experience in the Medical Devices/Home Healthcare industry will be preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, Home Healthcare Products, or Pharma OTC Sales.
