Field Sales Medical Representative

Job Details

• Position: Female PRO (Patient Referral Officer)

• Job Type: Part-Time

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000/month

• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000/month

• Total: ₹10,000/month + Incentives

• Local Area: Assigned by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals in the assigned area.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors and clinic staff.

• Explain TB Clinic services and patient treatment programs.

• Generate patient referrals through doctor networking.

• Follow up on referred patients with the clinic team.

• Complete regular doctor visits as per the assigned plan.

• Maintain daily records of doctor visits, referrals and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly visit and referral targets.

• Share field feedback and updates with the reporting manager.

• Represent the TB Clinic professionally during all field interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with field work and local travel.

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

• Presentable and confident personality.

• Ability to communicate professionally with doctors.

• Candidates residing in or familiar with the assigned local area will be preferred.
