We are looking for a person who can take care of end-to-end requirements at the clinic Administration part with Outreach programs for example:
Administration
• Appointment follow-ups.
• Hygiene for the clinic.
• Inventory of the clinic.
• Greetings to the patients.
• Building bond with them.
• Register maintenance.
• Excel maintenance.
• Billing
• Coordination with patients and Audiologist.
3. Outreach Programs (Lead generation focused)
Hearing Screening / Hearing Check-up Camps
• Conduct free or subsidized hearing test camps in:
o Residential societies
o Senior citizen homes
o Corporate offices
o Community centers
• Role of Client Advisor:
o Register walk ins
o Explain the hearing test process
o Book follow up clinic appointments
o Counsel customers on next steps

Doctor / ENT Clinic Outreach
• Regular visits to:
o ENT doctors
o General physicians
o Hospitals & clinics
• Objective:
o Build referral relationships
o Share services & offers
• Client Advisor involvement:
o Coordinate appointments from referrals
o Maintain referral data and follow ups
