We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical/surgical/healthcare products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the medical industry.
Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective planning and territory management.
Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Regularly visit healthcare facilities to generate prescriptions and orders.
Monitor competitor activities and report trends to the management team.
Maintain records of all sales calls, visits, and follow-ups.
Participate in medical conferences and promotional events.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical practices.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0–2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about learning.
