· Sales Promotion activities & worksite activities to increase visibility of products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
· Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and chemists to generate prescriptions and ensure availability of products.
· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets.
· Manage and expand customer base in the assigned area.
· Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets.
· Keep updated on competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies
· Handling primary and secondary sales targets.
· Compulsory daily fieldwork.
· Adding new outlets & keeping in contact with existing customers.
· Preparing Daily and Monthly reports.
· Giving feedback on sales trends and daily update to Reporting Person.
Requirements:
· Experience in OTC- Pharma/ Ayurvedic/Herbal / FMCG ONLY
· 2-Wheeler with a smartphone is a must.
· Must know English, Marathi Hindi languages
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
· Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
