Medical Representative

1. Client Acquisition:

o Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.

o Meet potential clients, including patients, caregivers, hospitals, and doctors, to promote home healthcare services.

2. Sales & Marketing:

o Promote the company’s services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, elderly care, palliative care, and diagnostic services.

o Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.

3. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare providers to create a steady flow of referrals.

o Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams and addressing client concerns promptly.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

o Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the healthcare sector in Pune.

o Provide feedback to management about market demands and potential service gaps.

5. Revenue Generation:

o Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as assigned by the company.

o Upsell and cross-sell healthcare services to existing clients.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and contracts.

o Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharma, healthcare or service industry.

• Experience working with hospitals, Pharma Company, or other healthcare setups is a plus.
