Job Description:
Employee has to meet 10 Dr’s in a day. And at least to 2-3 Drs he has to sell our products to existing or new Dr.
Focus on achieving sales targets for the first 3 months
Ensure regular Free Medical Camp is conducted as per company’s SOP.
Monthly sales must meet or exceed 4 times revenue (4TR).
4TR will be mandatory for all future appraisal, and related performance.
Ensuring 2-3 productivity daily with existing or new doctors.
Contribute to advancing sales goals by building rapport with doctor by preparing thoroughly for each meeting to maximize effectiveness.
