Job Highlights

· Position: Medical Representative (MR)

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday

· Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

· Joining: Immediate / Within 1 week preferred

· Salary: Based on experience, last drawn CTC and interview performance

· Increment: 10–20% hike on last drawn salary, as applicable

Key Responsibilities

· Visit 10–12 doctors daily

· Promote 2–3 company products daily

· Generate new doctor leads and develop the assigned territory

· Achieve monthly sales targets

· Maintain regular follow-up and professional relationships with doctors

· Handle sales and collections

· Conduct Free Medical Camps as per company SOP

· Ensure Glow Sign Board installations

· Maintain daily field reports

Eligibility

· Age: 22 years and above

· Bike and valid driving licence compulsory

· Freshers with B.Pharm / D.Pharm can apply

· Experienced candidates with 6+ months of field sales experience preferred

· Candidates with 2–3 years of Pharma/Ayurvedic sales experience preferred

· Experienced candidates must provide their previous company Offer Letter

Important Location Requirement

Candidates must be from the same location/district as the respective Head Quarter.

· No relocation

· No relocation allowance

· Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered

For example: Candidates applying for Jalandhar HQ should be currently based in Jalandhar or the same/nearby eligible district as per company requirements.
