📢 Urgent Hiring: Medical Representative (BDO) – Pharma Sales

🔹 Open Positions (HQ-Based):
• Seoni
• Sagar (2 positions)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👨‍⚕️ Doctor Engagement
• Meet 10 doctors daily to promote products
• Build strong relationships & gather feedback
• Plan visits effectively

🕒 Work Schedule & Planning
• 8-hour work schedule (field + reporting)
• Follow HQ / Ex-HQ / night halt plans
• Focus on daily productivity

📈 Sales & Productivity
• 2–3 productive doctor calls daily
• Achieve monthly targets
• Maintain minimum 4TR performance

📢 Promotional Activities
• Conduct medical camps & branding activities

📝 Reporting & CRM
• Daily CRM updates
• Submit reports, feedback & expenses

🤝 Meetings & Coordination
• Attend meetings & follow company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams & doctors

🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (mandatory)
• Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned HQ
