Medical Representative

We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹35000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Promote Healthcare products to healthcare professionals.

• Field visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies for product presentations and relationship building.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and medical conferences.

• Prepare & Present reports, product presentations, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure smooth product delivery and compliance.

• Learn and understand product specifications, benefits, and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Bachelor or Masters.

• Ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.

• Basic ability to negotiate and handle client interactions professionally.

• Self-starter with a keen interest in healthcare sales and marketing.

• Ability to gather market information and support research activities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

• Willingness to learn product knowledge, industry trends, and client handling.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional activities, as required.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
