Job Title: Relationship Manager – Pharma Sales

Location: Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Drive relationship-based sales growth in the assigned territory Gurgaon.

·         Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and retail outlets.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with chemists, stockists, and doctors.

·         Support the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in executing sales strategies and meeting targets.

·         Ensure availability, visibility, and placement of products across retail points.

·         Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

·         Maintain daily fieldwork data and submit timely reports.

·         Coordinate collections and assist in distributor management.

 Candidate Profile:

·         Graduate in any discipline (Pharmacy preferred).

·         6 months – 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.

·         Strong knowledge of East & West Delhi territory.

·         Excellent relationship-building, communication, and sales skills.

·         Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.

·         Basic proficiency in MS Office and field reporting systems.
