Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Medical Representative to promote our products to doctors in the Faridabad area. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharma sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convince doctors and generate prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail company products to doctors through regular field visits

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for doctor visits and prescription generation

• Ensure implementation of marketing strategies and product visibility

• Maintain detailed records of visits, doctor feedback, and competitor activities

• Participate in medical meetings, CMEs, and promotional campaigns

• Report daily field activities to the reporting manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (experience with Gynae or related segment is a plus)

• Graduate in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy preferred)

• Excellent convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the Faridabad territory and surrounding areas

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
