Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives

About the Role

Nirvaan Mental Health Organization is expanding its professional healthcare network and is looking for a confident Medical Representative (MR) who can connect with psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and build professional relationships with doctors and psychiatrists.

- Introduce Nirvaan's mental-health counselling and therapy services.

- Develop a strong doctor and clinic referral network.

- Generate qualified referrals and B2B leads.

- Arrange meetings with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.

- Explain Nirvaan's services clearly and professionally.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and healthcare partners.

- Identify new clinics, hospitals, and healthcare opportunities.

- Maintain daily visit and lead reports in CRM/MIS.

- Achieve monthly lead, partnership, and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with Nirvaan's internal sales and therapy teams for smooth client onboarding.

Candidate Profile

✅ Willingness to travel for doctor/clinic visits
