Key Responsibilities :-
Promote and generate demand for the company's pharmaceutical products among doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, distributors, and chemists.
Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure smooth availability and distribution of products through channel partners.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities as required.
Submit daily call reports, tour plans, expense statements, and other required reports on time.
Follow company policies, ethical marketing practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements :-
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes.
Candidate must own a bike/two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
