Medical Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products to doctors, Ayurvedic practitioners, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The role requires building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Ayurvedic products to doctors (both modern and traditional medicine practitioners), chemists, and pharmacies.

• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and Ayurvedic centers to generate prescriptions and orders.

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create brand awareness and drive product usage.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product demos, and promotional events.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

• Maintain detailed records of daily activity, calls made, and follow-ups.

• Submit reports on sales progress and territory performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for Ayurvedic healthcare and natural medicine.

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in Ayurvedic or pharma sales is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
