Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits as per the assigned territory.
Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
Submit daily call reports (DCR) and monthly tour plans (MTP).
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., BBA, or equivalent preferred).
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
