  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Explain company services, benefits, and collaboration models

  • Negotiate terms and close hospital and doctor tie-up agreements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of partners

  • Maintain records of meetings, tie-ups, and follow-ups

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly tie-up targets as assigned by management
