Product Knowledge
Maintain strong knowledge of products, indications, benefits, dosage, and competition.
Communicate scientific information accurately and ethically.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and other required reports on time.
Follow company policies, ethical promotion guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Address customer queries and feedback promptly.
