Medical Representative

We are a team of professionals, with experience across different aspects of hospital management. We have been instrumental (for the last few years) in developing the brand equity of treatment in India across the world –we have achieved this through timely and accurate responses, coupled with putting patient-interests above everything else. Our step of activities largely comprise as follows: • Identify the hospital and line of treatment (under expert guidance) • Receive the travellers at the airport. • Ensure the right guesthouse for the travellers. • Handhold the patients through the treatment process at the hospital (in person and/or by phone –as and when required) • Monitor and track all the admission formalities. • Provide regular medical updates to the sponsor of the treatment (such as, the insurance agency, charity organization, employer, etc) • Keep track of the additional requirements (if discovered during the treatment) and organize interventions accordingly -to strive to ensure that the treatment process does not get disrupted. • Handhold the travellers if they wish to get visa for any other country on their way back home (at extra cost) • Handhold the travellers during their shopping/sight-seeing tours –we may or may accompany the travellers, but we coordinate for a smooth and pleasurable experience (at extra cost) • In case the patient/attendant are English constrained, then provide interpreter services (at extra cost) Job Title Designation Location Education Experience : Finance & Medical Assistance Operations : Trainee Associate Consultant – Treatment Assistance : Gurgaon : Graduate and having Good Communications Skills. : Fresher Required Skills : Solution-oriented; Proficiency in English; MS Office; Others: Avid Reader; Quick Learner Job Description: • Understand and manage Accounts, billings and receivable (under expert guidance) • Identify the hospital and line of treatment (under expert guidance) • Ensure the right guesthouse for the travellers (through the selected hospital)
