Field Sales Medical Representative

Location: Goregaon, Kandivali & nearby areas, Mumbai

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

KK Pharma Mumbai is looking for a motivated, energetic, and result-orientated medical representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to local medical stores. The candidate should have good communication skills, be confident while meeting customers, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Report to the office daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM and mark attendance.

- Visit local medical shops, pharmacies, and retailers in the assigned area.

- Introduce KK Pharma and build relationships with new and existing customers.

- Promote the company's products and explain their benefits.

- Generate daily sales orders from medical stores.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Convince customers through effective communication and product knowledge.

- Maintain records of daily visits, orders, collections (if applicable), and customer feedback.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer demand.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and presentable personality.

- Ability to convince customers and build long-term relationships.

- Basic knowledge of medicines/pharmaceutical products is preferred.

- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

- Honest, punctual, and self-motivated.

- Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
