Position: Sales Executive
Location: Pune

Work Timings: 10 AM–2 PM & 5 PM–9 PM (Split shift, 8 hrs total)
Responsibilities:
● Visit doctors daily & explain Infedis Doctor Loyalty Program
● Build strong, long-term professional relationships with doctors.
● Perform cold calls & fix appointments
● Territory-based daily field visits. Plan and execute daily field visits as per
assigned territories. Maintain a structured route plan to maximize coverage and
productivity
● Daily reporting to Marketing Manager
● Achieve monthly sales targets. Meet and exceed monthly sales and doctor
conversion targets. Actively track progress towards goals and take corrective
actions when required.
● Submit daily reports to the Marketing Manager including visits, conversions,
follow-ups, and market insights.
● Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, call reports, and field activity
logs
● Convert & manage 100 doctors
Eligibility Criteria
● Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com preferred)
● Languages: Marathi & Hindi (Mandatory), Basic English
● Experience: On-field sales/marketing experience preferred
● Others: Bike + Valid Driving License: Mandatory
