About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Medical Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products ethically and scientifically to healthcare professionals, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

2. Promote products ethically to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies using approved promotional materials.

3. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

4. Plan and execute daily field visits as per the tour program and ensure complete territory coverage.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to management.

6. Ensure timely submission of reports, expense statements, and adherence to company SOPs and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

1. Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. in Life Sciences or related field.

2. Experience: 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).

Other Requirements:

1. Valid two-wheeler driving license.

2. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
