Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Manage existing accounts to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers on our pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (e.g., medical sales).
Strong understanding of pharma selling principles, including MR (Medical Representative) activities.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
