Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative to develop and maintain professional relationships with Orthopaedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics, Rehabilitation Centres, and other healthcare professionals.

The candidate will be responsible for introducing Physio+ solutions, generating qualified leads, developing referral and collaboration opportunities, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Healthcare Professional Engagement

• Visit Orthopaedic, Neurology, General Physicians, Sports Medicine and other relevant doctors.

• Build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Introduce Physio+ services, solutions, technology and professional programs.

• Generate referrals and collaboration opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing professional contacts.

2. Hospital & Clinic Business Development

• Identify hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centres and rehabilitation facilities for potential partnerships.

• Meet hospital administrators, medical directors and department heads.

• Explore opportunities for Physio+ assessments, physiotherapy services, technology solutions and departmental collaborations.

• Support the onboarding of new institutional partners.

3. Lead Generation & Sales

• Generate qualified leads through field visits, professional networking and referrals.

• Achieve monthly targets for meetings, leads, conversions and revenue.

• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.

• Maintain a systematic sales pipeline.

4. Product & Solution Presentation

• Conduct professional presentations/demonstrations of Physio+ products and solutions.

• Explain the benefits and applications of Physio+ solutions accurately.

• Coordinate clinical demonstrations, workshops and professional engagement programs where required.

5. Market Development

• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

• Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

• Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market demand and opportunities.

6. Reporting & CRM

• Maintain daily records of field visits and meetings.

• Update leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Submit daily/weekly activity reports.

• Maintain accurate database of doctors, hospitals, clinics and physiotherapists.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of doctor/healthcare professional meetings per month

• New qualified leads generated

• New doctors/clinics/hospitals onboarded

• Referral and collaboration opportunities generated

• Conversion rate

• Monthly revenue/business generated

• Follow-up and CRM discipline

• Participation in professional events and workshops

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.

• B.Sc./B.Pharm/BPT/BBA/MBA/Healthcare Management background will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Medical Representative, Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, Medical Devices, Hospital Sales or Healthcare Business Development.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who already have good professional relationships with Orthopaedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics or Rehabilitation Centres will be preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary can be revised based on experience, existing healthcare network and demonstrated performance.
