Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in C-Scheme, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for promoting our medical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals in the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, medical stores, and hospitals.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

• Provide accurate product information and educate healthcare providers about the benefits and usage of the products.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.

• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions as required.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry trends.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Residence near C-Scheme, Jaipur, preferred for ease of commuting.
