Business Development Associate – Homecare, Hospitals, Schools etc. Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Associate to lead and drive sales for our homecare services in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will not only focus on building relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and HR departments of hospitals but will also play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, and corporate clients.
Engage with doctors, hospital HR teams, and procurement departments to present and promote homecare and Hospital services.
Generate and manage a steady pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation and Target Achievement:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by closing deals and growing client accounts.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Sales Coordination and Presentations:
Arrange meetings with senior management and decision-makers at hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Revenue and Performance Management:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate success.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Regularly report sales progress and forecast revenue trends to senior leadership.
Market Research and Strategic Planning:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Develop innovative approaches to gain a competitive edge and expand market share.
Regional Focus:
Focus on driving sales initiatives in the Delhi NCR region.
Manage travel schedules to effectively cover key locations and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 years in a Associate role, preferably in healthcare or homecare services.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales forecasting.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
Location: Based in or willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
