Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
Follow up with prospective patients and convert inquiries into clinic appointments, hearing aid trials, and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT specialists, doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Visit doctors and healthcare partners to generate referrals and develop new business opportunities.
Counsel patients regarding hearing assessments, hearing aids, rehabilitation services, and suitable solutions.
Handle patient queries and objections professionally and assist in closing sales.
Conduct healthcare camps, promotional activities, awareness programs, and local networking activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, follow-ups, conversions, and sales in CRM.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
Candidate.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Ahmedabad.
Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Device / Diagnostics / Clinic Sales will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
