Altor Lifesciences Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to join its growing sales team.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of doctor detailing and ethical promotion.
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with doctors and chemists.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory/topography will be an advantage.
Strong interest in field sales, business development and achieving targets.
Candidates with exposure to Orthopaedic, Dermatology or General segments will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular doctor visits and deliver effective product detailing.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.
Generate new doctor leads and convert them into regular prescribers.
Ensure effective chemist and stockist coverage in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Execute promotional activities and implement company strategies effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, chemists and other customers.
Submit timely daily and monthly reports to the reporting manager.
Compensation
Salary: As per company norms and based on experience and suitability.
