Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to drive product awareness, usage, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

• Schedule and conduct regular visits to clients to present product information and answer queries.

• Achieve sales targets as set by the management.

• Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and group meetings with healthcare professionals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, market developments, and industry trends.

• Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in the assigned territory.

• Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings with clients.

• Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market conditions.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.

• B Pharm or any science background
