Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves promoting and selling our dermatology products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Ahmedabad region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail dermatology products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare providers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive prescription generation.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular field visits and maintain up-to-date customer call records.

• Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), promotional events, and product demonstrations.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, activities, and pricing trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) preferred

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in pharmaceutical sales (dermatology segment preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and well-organized

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
