Job Title: Project site supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with strong technical knowledge of construction/site operations, fabrication processes, and labor team management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with fabrication and installation teams, and driving project execution within deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, professional conduct, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and project execution.

• Manage and coordinate labor teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

• Oversee fabrication, installation, and erection activities as per project drawings and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

• Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project plans accurately.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor material usage, site progress, and workforce productivity.

• Identify and resolve technical issues arising at the site.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Ensure project completion within scheduled timelines and budget requirements.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of construction/site operations and project execution.

• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and installation techniques.

• Ability to manage and lead labor teams effectively.

• Sound technical knowledge of engineering drawings, measurements, and site planning.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional attitude, discipline, and good workplace manners.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
