Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth. This is a core role that blends creativity with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid ads.

• Generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and content strategies.

• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to create marketing materials and sales tools.

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.

• Manage social media pages, website content, and basic SEO activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role (preferably in the IT or tech industry).

• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email campaigns.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

• Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
