1. Drive overall company revenue, profitability, and market acros India Go-to-Market: Design annual sales & marketing strategy for Govt, Private, and Dealer channels. Set targets by region, product, and team
2. Pricing & Policy: Define pricing, discount structures, dealer margins, tender strategy, and scheme policies.
• Team Leadership:
1. Lead Govt Sales, Private Sales, Service, and Application and build team capability.
2. Brand Product Marketing: Plan product launches, positioning, brochures, demos, and technical content.
• Digital & Events: Drive campaigns via Trade Fair, Conference
• Build relationships with key doctors, pathologists, and Govt decision makers for brand advocacy
• Key Account & Institutional Sales High-Value Deals: Personally handle strategic accounts, rate contracts, and large tenders with Govt. Hospitals and Health Centres and Private Diagnostics centres.
• MIS & Forecasting: Present monthly dashboards, sales forecasts, and market visions to management.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Govt tendering, GeM, private lab networks, and diagnostics workflow
• Leadership: Proven ability to scale teams, drive culture, and deliver consistent growth
• Capabilities: Strategic thinking, strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, excellent communication
