Job Title: Marketing Executive – Scaffolding Rental

Job Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites regularly to identify new projects and potential customers.

• Generate new leads from builders, contractors, developers, civil contractors and site engineers.

• Collect project details such as:

  • Project name & location

  • Contractor/company name

  • Site engineer/contact person

  • Scaffolding requirement

  • Expected project duration

  • Requirement/starting date

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, purchase teams and site teams.

• Generate enquiries for scaffolding, shuttering and formwork rental.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.

• Coordinate with the quotation/sales team for pricing and proposals.

• Maintain daily records of site visits, new leads, follow-ups and enquiry status.

• Take regular site photos and share relevant project updates with the office.

• Track upcoming construction projects in the assigned area and identify opportunities before competitors.

• Achieve monthly site visit, lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel and visit construction sites daily.

• Basic knowledge of construction/scaffolding industry preferred.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and Google Maps.

• Must be proactive and target-oriented.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
