Marketing Field Executive

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Marketing Field Executives to join our team at Rankridge Educational Institutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, distributing marketing materials, and building strong relationships with potential students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and area promotions.

• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials in assigned zones.

• Identify potential leads and follow up to convert them into admissions.

• Conduct presentations and interact with students and parents to explain Rankridge’s offerings.

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Maintain and update the lead database and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

• Represent the institution professionally in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Degree holders preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field promotions.

• Must be comfortable with complete field work.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email usage).

• Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
