Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing & Field Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling across various states to meet our corporate clients, handle client inquiries, and manage field operations, including manpower coordination (security guards, helpers, and field staff).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Travel to different states to meet existing and prospective clients, understand their requirements, and resolve their queries promptly.

2. Field Operations & Travel: Travel outstation as required for client meetings and operational setups.

3. Manpower Vendor & Staffing Management: Coordinate, source, and arrange field manpower (e.g., Security Guards, Helpers, General Staff) according to client project requirements.

4. Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and local client sites.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Provide daily/weekly field travel reports and operational updates to the management team.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Client Relations, Operations, or Security/Manpower Staffing Services.

• Mobility: Must be willing and ready to travel across state borders frequently.

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

• Skills Needed: Excellent communication, client management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
