Position: Management Trainee – Business Growth
Gender Preference: Male
Qualification: BE / MBA / PG (Any Specialization)
Experience: Freshers
Employment Type: Permanent (On-roll)

Hiring Location: Across all 33 Districts of Karnataka
Requirement: 3 Candidates per District

Salary & Benefits:

Training Period (First 3 Months):

Monthly Stipend: ₹35,000

After Successful Completion of Training:

CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
₹5.0 LPA Fixed
₹50,000 Variable Pay
Travel & Daily Allowances as per Company Policy

Job Responsibilities:

Work in a field sales environment.
Onboard offline retailers onto a leading digital commerce platform.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Achieve assigned business and onboarding targets.
