Loan Sales

A Frontline Loan Officer is the first point of contact for customers seeking loan products. This role focuses on customer interaction, initial loan assessment, application processing, and guiding borrowers through the early stages of the lending process. Frontline loan officers often work in banks, credit unions, and microfinance institutions where direct client engagement is essential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and referred customers with loan inquiries

• Explain available loan products (personal, auto, mortgage, SME, etc.)

• Conduct initial interviews to assess borrower needs and eligibility

• Collect required documentation (ID, income proof, bank statements, tax returns)

• Perform preliminary credit and affordability assessments

• Input loan applications into the system accurately

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines

• Follow up with customers on application status

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-loan support

• Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets
