Job Description

We are hiring Sales Managers – Home Loan & LAP for a leading NBFC organization.

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
Location: Baran/Deoli/Pali/Barmer/Balotra
Experience: 6 months in Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field activities, marketing and local market outreach

  • Meet customers and recommend suitable Home Loan / LAP products

  • Handle customer visits, branch walk-ins, presentations and site promotions

  • Achieve sales targets in terms of value and volume

  • Manage the complete sales process including pre- and post-sanction activities

  • Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth customer service

  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP / secured loan sales

  • BFSI/NBFC experience preferred

  • Strong communication, selling and persuasion skills

  • Field sales and customer-facing experience

  • Knowledge of English, Hindi and regional language preferred

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred

Candidates experienced in Home Loan or Loan Against Property only needs to apply.
