Job Description (JD) – Relationship Manager (Affordable Housing Loans)

Designation: Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Housing Finance

• Mandatory experience in Affordable / Small Ticket Housing Loans (up to ₹35 Lakhs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and processing affordable housing loan cases

• Handling end-to-end home loan documentation and login process

• Coordinating with credit, legal, and technical teams for case approval

• Managing channel partners, DSAs, and direct sourcing

• Ensuring monthly disbursement targets are achieved

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Hands-on experience in Affordable Housing Loan products

• Good understanding of home loan policies, documents, and procedures
