Job Description
UGRO Capital Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, developing strong customer relationships, and providing financial solutions to MSME customers. The candidate should be passionate about sales, target-driven, and capable of managing the complete loan acquisition process.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 In-Hand per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Source new customers for Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Secured Business Loans.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners, builders, and connectors.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable lending products.
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update customer records regularly.
Provide excellent customer service before and after loan disbursement.
Submit daily activity reports and sales MIS to the reporting manager.
Eligibility
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Experience in Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, or MSME Lending will be preferred.
Required Skills
