Senior Sales Officer (SSO)

Location: Salem, Coimbatore ,Trichy. Thirunelveli, cochin Head office in Chennai

Salary: Upto 5 LPA

Note: Candidate should not work in microfinance, gold loan, credit cards, educational loans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and support frontline sales representatives in achieving sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

• Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.

• Conduct field visits and support complex sales closures.

• Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Resolve customer escalations and service-related issues.

• Train and mentor new sales representatives.

• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance requirements.

• Identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
